What documents do I need to hire a car?+
You’ll need a valid UK or EU driving licence held for at least 2 years, proof of address (utility bill dated within the last 3 months), and a valid passport or national ID card.
Is insurance included in the hire price?+
Yes, all our luxury hires include comprehensive insurance as standard. An excess amount will apply, which varies by vehicle. Additional insurance to reduce the excess can be arranged.
Do you deliver vehicles nationwide?+
Yes, we offer delivery and collection anywhere in the UK at very competitive rates. Airport deliveries are also available at all major UK airports.
What is the minimum hire period?+
Our minimum hire period is just one day (24 hours). We also offer weekly and monthly rates at discounted prices for extended hires.
Is there a security deposit?+
Yes, a fully refundable security deposit is required before collection. The amount depends on the vehicle hired. This is pre-authorised on a credit or debit card and released upon safe return.
Can I add an additional driver?+
Absolutely. Additional drivers can be added for just £10 per day. They must meet the same licence requirements and be present at the time of collection with their documents.
